O. Victor Lattanzi, began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in downtown Boston. Subsequently, Mr. Lattanzi garnered significant experience representing investors and owner/users in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate assets, both regionally and nationally for many years. Mr. Lattanzi is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School in 1977 and Harvard University in 1981. He is fluent in three languages and enjoys golf, swimming, art and antiques. He remains active in the Harvard Alumni Association and The Friends of Watertown.
